Competitive psychological climate, conflict and psychological contract breach

The current study adds to existing knowledge by investigating how competitive psychological climate (CPC) is associated with employees' perceptions of the extent which their employer has failed appropriately fulfil contract. To test research model, we collected information from 247 employees in eight companies. findings suggest that CPC a positive indirect relationship contract breach (PCB) through task and conflict. Additionally, find significant (and negative) direct between PCP only emerges after partialling out mediation These contribute new insights literature regards outcomes antecedents PCB.
